How to Check Your Package Expiration
To check whether your lesson package has an expiration date:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Classes
- Select My Lesson Packages
You’ll be able to see:
- Your remaining session credits
- The package status
- Any applicable expiration date
🔔 If Your Package Has an Expiration Date
- Please make sure to schedule and complete your lessons before the expiration date
- Unused sessions after the expiration date cannot be used or refunded
We recommend planning your schedule in advance to make the most of your lessons.
If Your Package Does Not Show an Expiration Date
If no expiration date is shown, your package remains valid as long as the package is active and scheduling conditions are met.
