Booking a trial class is simple and only takes a few minutes to complete.
Follow the steps below to schedule your 20-minute trial Mandarin lesson on Tutor ChienMilesAway.
Before You Start
- Trial classes are 20 minutes.
- Each student can book one trial class per teacher only.
- Trial classes are for first-time students.
Step 1: Book a Trial Class from the Teacher’s Page
Go to the teacher’s profile you would like to learn with.
On the right side of the page, click Book a Trial.
Step 2: Choose a Time Slot
Select an available date and time that works for you.
All times are shown in your local time zone.
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 3: Fill in Student Information
Please provide the required student details:
- Student name
- Student age
- Level
- Learning goal
- Personality & interests
You are welcome to fill in the student information in English or Chinese.
You will also be asked to enter an email address.
This email will be used to create your account and receive class notifications.
⚠️ Each email address can only be used once.
Step 4: Complete Checkout
At checkout, you can:
- Choose a payment method
- Fill in billing details
- Enter a coupon code (if available)
- Review your order
- Agree to the terms and conditions
Click Place Order to complete your booking.
Step 5: Check Your Class in “My Classes”
After booking, your trial class will be confirmed automatically.
To view your class:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select My Classes
- Check My Schedule to see your upcoming lesson
After Booking (Important)
- An account is created automatically after your first booking.
- You must be logged in to manage your classes.
- We recommend updating your password from My Account.
