Joining your class is easy.
You can enter the classroom in two ways.
Option 1: Join from My Classes
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Classes
- Find your scheduled lesson under My Schedule
- Click the Google Meet link shown on the class card
This is the most reliable way to enter your class, especially if you’re already logged in.
Option 2: Join from the Confirmation Email
After booking a class, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
In the email, you’ll find:
- A link to My Classes
- The Google Meet link for your lesson
You can click either link to enter the class directly.
If You Don’t See the Class Link
If you’re unable to find the class link:
- Go to My Classes and refresh the page
- Check My Messages to see if your teacher has sent you an update
- Send a message to your teacher via My Messages if needed
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may report the issue from My Classes → Report a Class Issue.

- We recommend joining the class a few minutes early to check your setup
- Please make sure you’re logged in before class time
