This guide explains how to reschedule or cancel a lesson on Tutor ChienMilesAway, and what happens to your class or credits.
Before You Start
Please note the following important rules:
- Lessons can be rescheduled or canceled up to 10 hours before the class start time
- Changes must be made through My Classes
- Different rules apply to trial classes, single lessons, and package lessons
Step 1: Go to My Classes
- Log in to your account
- Click your profile icon (top right) → My Classes
- Go to My Schedule
You’ll see a list of your upcoming classes.
Step 2: Open the Class Options
- Find the class you want to change
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side of the class
- Choose one of the available options:
- Change time
- Cancel session
✏️ Rescheduling a Lesson (Recommended)
- Select Change time
- Choose a new available time slot from your teacher’s schedule
- Confirm your new booking
✔ This option is available for:
- Trial classes
- Single lessons
- Package lessons
As long as the change is made at least 10 hours before the class, no credits will be lost.
✏️ Canceling a Lesson
For package lessons
- You may cancel the class at least 10 hours before
- The lesson credit will be returned to your package
- You can rebook it later before the package expires
For trial classes or single lessons
- Canceling a class will not return the lesson or payment
- We recommend using Change time instead of Cancel
⚠️ If you cancel a trial or single lesson by mistake, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
