We understand that unexpected situations can happen.
Here’s what to do if your teacher is late or unable to join the class.
🔹 If the Teacher Is Running Late
If the class has started but the teacher hasn’t joined yet, we recommend:
- Wait a few minutes and check your class link
- Go to My Messages and send a message to your teacher
(There may be an emergency or a temporary delay.)
If the teacher joins late, they are expected to make up the missed time or arrange a follow-up session with you.
⚠️ If the Teacher Does Not Show Up
If the teacher does not join the class and cannot be reached:
Step 1: Message the Teacher
Go to My Messages and send a message to the teacher first.
Step 2: Report a Class Issue
If there is no response, please go to My Classes and click Report a Class Issue.
In the form:
- Select Issue Type: Teacher did not show up
- Add a brief description of what happened
- Attach a screenshot if available (optional but helpful)
Step 3: Our Team Will Review
Once the report is submitted, our team will review the case.
If the issue is confirmed to be on the teacher’s side, the lesson credit will be returned or rescheduled accordingly.
